    Hey all,
So I wanted to change the highs and lows to LEDs to match the DRL bars on my new headlights but I am not sure if it is as plug and play as I would hope.
The bulbs that are currently in are stock as far as I know. 2010 SR5 Trd offroad.
    I bought these from Amazon.
My question is whether it is a straight swap or not before I get going. They dont come with any resistors or anything and I dont know much about electrical but from what I have seen, a lot of conversion kits come with resistors or ballasts. Should I buy some resistors that are compatible with these new LEDs? If so could someone point me in the right direction as to which ones?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See the video you posted he has a Ballast for the LEDs. My question is whether I need resistors or ballasts as the Torchbeams T2 LED highs and lows that I bought do not have them. The harness that is on them is indeed plug and play but its not so much a conversion kit, just new bulbs and hardwired plugs that for my tundra.

Yeah I should have done more research I guess. On one of the pictures for the ones I got it says "built in driver", so I assume that it is similar to the external balasts on the harness for other LEDs. I think I will attempt the plug and play tomorrow and see how it goes. If there is flickering or any other issues I guess I will revisit the issue. I appreciate the help.
If anyone else has any other input please feel free.

I just converted my headlamps, backup lamps and interiors to LED. all work fine without resistors. i have the LED front turn signals on order, also with 50w 6 ohm resistors from Amazon. Only blinking LED's need resistors or they blink rapidly . LED's make a HUGE difference on my 04 dc from the dull yellow lamps it had. I will be moving onto rear LED turn signals next and got the 4pack of resistors in anticipation. Cant wait until i get 100% LED!!!

I appreciate the help! I just found out that I bought H11 LEDs thinking that my new smoked headlights were the same specs as the OEM ones but it turns out my knock off spyders from ebay run H1s so now I am awaiting delivery on those.
