Has anyone installed a AMP bed step on their PRO? Reason I ask is im curious to know if itll work or maybe not due to the dual exhaust.

Just put mine on. Did as others on here have. Just cut the stock piece out and install the step. You don't have to mess with taking any of the bumper pieces off.

I still need to paint where I cut off the bracket. That'll be tomorrow...along with a wash of the truck;)

I did mine when I got my 19 Pro. I ordered it directly from Sparks Parts and found the installation process to be quite easy.

I'm glad I did it, and my 4 year old likes to use it also when she wants to climb in lol

Could someone post a close up of where this bar attaches? I did the hack where I left the OEM support bracket and cut off the corner to make room for this, and this piece isn’t lining up how I thought it would.

Looks like you need to cut more of the corner off. There’s another thread about the bed step I used a few days ago when I installed my bed step. I went through a couple dremel cutoff wheels because it took a couple tries to cut enough off. It was super easy and clear with the picture from the other thread. Just search google for tundra bed step cut bracket and it’s probably the first reault

Mounting the little arm on top of the bracket was a good idea. I didn’t even think about doing that. I just kept cutting more and more. I think either way it’s mounted will work. I love the convenience of being able to step up into the bed of the truck.

Totally agree!! Glad it all worked out haha. I came from a GMC Canyon which has the steps built into the corners and I missed it. I almost like this better because of the angle/how this sticks out further and gives you more room to swing your leg up and jump in. Plus being bolted to the frame is super secure.
