The installation was easy and that’s coming from someone is who is mechanically challenged! I followed Vled instructions on line, took my time and had it done in 90 minutes if that. They are powered by pulling the small light bulb out of the socket located near your left knee while sitting in the drivers seat. They give you an adapter to plug into that same outlet and you daisy chain the connections from that point on. They turn only only when a door is opened.

Same! Super easy to install. Plug and play just have to figure out the best way to hide the wires for your individual circumstances
