Hello from Greece, my name is Nikolas, looking forward for a buy of a 2007 5.7L Tudra Limited with 170.000 miles on from Bulgaria. What should i check on the truck before buying it, i drived the truck and its going fine with no noisy sounds or anything else while driving, transmision works fine, rust under the truck is not so much, about engine what should i check? There is something I need to check specifically other than the standard ones? This is the VIN number of the truck: 5TBDV58197S470234. Last record service in US form Toyota owners website was to Koons Westminster Toyota dealer with 51.400 miles at 12/30/10. The truck is for professional use exclusively and towing a 4000kg trailer. Toyota dealers in Bulgaria or Greece when i ask about Tudra they look me like im from other planet... thanks in advance!

Welcome from Utah, USA. The things I would consider either exchanging or checking are the wear parts, such as water pump, shocks, brakes, etc. If you take it to a Toyota dealership tell them it's similar to a Land Cruiser 200 series. The engine and transmission anyway, that should help. If you buy it, consider a full service, differential fluid change, transfer case fluid change (if 4WD), and transmission fluid change, and Engine oil of course. These items are mostly because it's an '07 and if it's like any of the US Tundra's, they haven't been changed in their lifetimes. I don't think the '07's had the AIP issue as much as later years, and the cam tower seal leak also showed up later too, so other than that it should be a solid truck.
