Want to see other owners who have Quicksand Tundras too. What their truck packages consist of and their personal mods. I do love this color and seems to be a limited run not too many on the roads yet. So lets see what you have. It just may give us inspiration for our own modification .... Thank you

My 17' SR5 CM, Stock and basic Tundra with the dealer up grades., with my few add-ons. Vision Assassin wheels (stock tires), bed liner, 4'' step bars , seat covers and thule rack. Grill and hood bulge next, Tint front windows, Chrome bumper ends? still not sure yet. De-badge perhaps.. Work in progress.. I was getting my 12' DC serviced90K and seen this on lot offered at $ 33K.. Jumped on it.

I really like that color. I told my wife that I wanted to trade in my black SR5 for a quicksand and she about killed me. I can't keep a black truck clean and I'm way to OCD about detailing my vehicles to keep up with it. You can never tell if the quicksand is dirty or not.. perfect color! :D

I really need to take some better, more current pics! Junky nerf bars are long gone, replaced with @sdhq_offroad Sliders. Which I love!

Tacotundra .. nice truck , i notice chrome bumper corners in the front but color match 4v6 on the rears. Was wondering if the TRD up-grades were added at the dealer. . The grill and hood bulge are my next alteration.

Getting my Quicksand Tuesday morning, will post a pic. I am having a little bit of Inferno envy so I'm going to need you guys for support on the quicksand decision LOL.

Posted in my greeting thread, but figure it fits here too. Bought this truck 24 FEB, so far, I've upgraded to the TRD Pro suspension, added the TRD dual exhaust, fender flares, brakes, skid plate, bed liner, and step bar.

The wheels should arrive tomorrow. Got a pair of all black 18x9 +18 wheels coming. Got a set of Nitto Exo Grapplers 285/70/18's ready to put on at the tire shop, who are also swapping out the TPMS sensors. That's Tuesday. Already took out the little front mud flap, waiting to see how this size fits before I chop anything.

Roman has coming my way a color matched TRD pro grill and hood bulge, expecting that to get here Wednesday. Also ordered the TRD Pro black badges. Going to have to figure out what to do about the SR5 badge, though.

Also ordered the TRD Pro blackout headlights, expecting them to get here by the end of the week, if not Monday or so of the following week.

Ordered a Leer topper in Quicksand, they said about 4-6 weeks, and it's been about 3 so far, so soon on that one. Got this one with the cross bars. My REI dividend came in, and used that to pick up a Yakima basket/rack to throw up on top.

Last bit of chrome are on the bumpers, but since I'm looking into getting a winch up front and a different bumper with swing arms, I figured ordering color matched end caps would be a waste of money.

Speaking of, anybody have any experience with this rear bumper:

    https://p-p-engineering.myshopify.com/collections/toyota/products/2nd-3rd-gen-tundra-rear-bumper

I searched far and wide for something like this for a 3rd Gen, and this seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. Also, any pro/con between steel or aluminum, since they give the option? I'm thinking weight vs. strength, but maybe you guys might have better insight into it?

Saw my first in-person Quicksand today. Looked like it was leveled, and it was blacked out. Absolutely beautiful ride, I think you're going to dig it...

Thanks for the feedback, sir. Good to know your experience with them was good. Now I just have to decide on steel or aluminum.

Here's mine, just picked it up Saturday. SR5 w TRD OR & tow mirrors. Dealer added Katzkin 2 tone leather, black w body color bolsters. I've ordered a set of black aluminum steps. Plan to change out the grill & bumper inserts next.

I'm bummed, had my quicksand Tundra less than one month and already have a tiny paint chip on the tailgate, I know many more are coming and that it is a truck, but man already having a paint chip with 500 miles on my truck is really bugging me LOL. What would you guys do? Just get that matching paint from Toyota and dab a little bit on there?

Getting there! Got the wheels and tires installed. Ended up getting Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx's 295/70/18 because the shop ran out of the Nitto's I was looking at. Pro grille and hood bulge came in, THANKS @Roman !!! Black Pro badges came in too, but it started dumping snow, so that'll have to wait. Up next, bumpers and a winch...

ETA, you can tell I just put the grille and hood bulge on, only thing not dirty. :)

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
Very Nice, I wish my Tundra was the Quicksand color. I live down a "red dirt" road and my "Green Mika" Tundra does not stay clean for long. I wonder how much a wrap in that color would cost?
