    Elk is sooo good!! I remember when I live in the Springs there was a rest about 15mins from Carson called Sarge’s grill (closed down now) had a Elk burger... Good God that shit was so good. For being my first one tasted a little different but once I got the taste for it... that’s all I ordered there lol

    After months and months and numerous searches in my storage unit looking for my lost Energy Suspension poly bushings that I need for my rear shackle lift....... I found them in the house accidentally today while going thru one of my grandson's toy boxes. WTF????

    Yesterday I dropped down to my friend's property on Michigan "Hill". The Forest Service shut down his main access to his property last year so now you have to take a #'d FS trail that is ideal for jeeps not Tundras. I think #7121. Anyways I just did a walk around after I rinsed off my tunny.......new scratches. Passenger side rear bed... it is what it is..:thumbsup: Fun times..

    A wrap would not have helped with the depth of some of these scratches but not a bad idea to minimize with a wrap.....I'll be getting a lot more this summer...I try to avoid scratches but sometimes unavoidable......

    They will be fine. Minor tweaking. I highly recommend the Pro Form Fab shackles. I'm ready for the lift to finally go on. My right arm is almost back to normal so I can torque stuff down now.

    While getting out my yak I found one of my Kelty hydro packs that I bought up in Anchorage. This was still inside. Bad ass. Will spray at least 30 feet. Brownies don't like getting sprayed in the their face. When you fly fish for salmon up there you share the river with big brownies too. 20200717_195854.jpg

    This has a glow in the dark safety so you can quickly remove it at night if a brownie wants to check out your cache which should be secured up and away from your campsite. Alaska camping/hunting/fishing 101. Not worried about my Yeti cooler. Brownie proof. Alaska isn't for snowflakes....just sayin

    When I got my yak down out of my storage unit I had to move an old Viewsonic box out of the way. A 22" Viewsonic monitor I bought over 20 years ago. Guess what was packed inside???? I'm sure I've mentioned that I have a considerably large collection of Star Wars, complete Mcfarlane sets of Spawn, baseball, football, basketball and the rare variants. My grandson was curious and opened up the Viewsonic box while my back was turned. Cat is out of the bag now. Jig is up. This box of many that I have stored was full of new in box Episode 1 goodies along with a T-16 and A-Wing from The Power of the Force, 1996. Don't fret, I have much older S Wars stuff still new in box.....oh...boxes and boxes of comics. Many are signed by story writers and graphic artists. Google Jeff Loeb...hint Batman Dark Knight sets....autographed, among other well known comic folks....
    Needless to say my grandson is like..WTF grandpa...heh...heh...
    More to come....did I forget to mention that I have complete Star Wars Micro Machine sets of pretty much everything???

    Mostly items in the category of relics. That's all you are usually going to find around old mining sites but it's a fun hobby to do with the grandkid and Colorado has some nice mining sites with world class views.:thumbsup:
