No power to fog lamps

    2006 toyota tundra sr5 double cab
    installed Fogs lights upgraded to led 9600 bulbs to fog lights to factory harness installed fog relay at back of fuse box and upgraded factory stalk with fog switch, When I turn fog light switch on it only turns on High beam head lights and no power to fog lamps ,All parts are factory new, I also upgraded my head lights to led 9500 bulbs if that matters,Any one know why thanks in advance,

    You shouldn’t need a second relay.

    Truck didn't have a fog relay had to install,there was a blank spot in back of fuse box, for fog relay in cabin fuse box ,So that's only relay in fog light circuit,Thanks vt
