Drivers seat moves up and down. With a 5'2" wife and two kids I'm not sure if that would be a good idea or not.

Is it just sitting under the seat or do you have a bracket?

This is my rear speaker amp and x-overs that fit safely between the esp long box and the sub under the rear seats. If it's just a sub amp this might work well if you don't want to worry about the moving front seat. I have kids so the rear seats are always down.

That looks good. You have the storage box under the seat? So the raised up floor has already been cut out?

They sit right on the original carpet. The long box is raised a little as it is also cut into the carpet IMG_20180408_162618.jpg

Im slowly building a storage box and sub box that replaces the smaller portion of the rear seats. I plan to mount the amps some MDF that will go behind the remaining seat. You could easily put a piece of MDF back there and the seat top will hold it in place. Screw the amp to that. No cutting to the carpet if you decide later to change it up.
