    Heres my best PHM impression:

    Didn't do much today. Took out the engine to clean the carbon off the under side of the pistons and polish the crank shaft journals a bit. I also numbered all the nuts and bolts individually throughout the truck after giving them a thorough cleaning.

    Not a lot on the DC, maybe 2 inches right at the bottom.

    Not sure on DC. They have a very different back seat than AC.

    For AC the tricky parts are the giant atmospheric vents that you can't get rid of, and the space you have isn't on the ground but about 6" off the ground. There are a few threaded inserts that can be used to mount an amp though.

    In other news, I've not had a chance to really inspect it but the bumper looks great
    at first glance. It would have looked better with the TRD cutout... :annoyed:

    Better pic. This thing is going to be impossible to mount alone. My wife about died helping me unload it just now.

    Here is what they say, "Driving/Combo:  Maximum trail coverage in a single light.  The Driving/Combo pattern is equipped with both Driving (42°) and spot (9°) optics to provide you with a smooth blend of light for both near field applications and distance (Lighting Zone 3)"

    @imDementeD has the same set.

    Oilless Axle Seal Change out. Removed rear sway link and jacked that side up to save the recently changed Diff Oil and build carbon credits for WurrldPeas.

    The Old Axle Seal did not have the little coil spring on the backside like the New Toyota one has. It also looked wallowed when overlaid with the new one which is tighter in diameter. Think the bearing looks rust and musty from some of the change outs you guys have done, but its not making noise currently so its staying until it does so. It has slightly play when wiggling the Axle, but when its mounted its solid. No play at the wheel.
    No oil was in rear brake assy which means I caught it in time. :yes:

    The Driver side Stealer repair is confirmed not leaking. Chapter closes on that side. I’ll recheck this Pass side repair in about 1k miles.

    Job took about 2.5 hours total.

    @Rex Kramer

    I haven’t changed any hoses. All are still original. I did cut one vacuum hose end tips off and made it happen. All hoses seem good to go on my truck. You should put in a new PCV Valve regardless. Cheap and easy now that the hard work of the grommet is done. That thing was a bear even with the Valve Cover off.

    Not that I know of. I saw this in the FSM next to the o2 Sensor Tests Specs which I recently confirmed. Only reason I did this test was its easy and why not.

    I will investigate new hoses and post up my findings later on, I have already cut the cracked ends off a few hoses this year.

    Removing the old grommet required a small screwdriver, some needle nose pliers and a few choice words. The real challenge was keeping small parts of the grommet from falling inside as I pried & pulled it from it's location. I sprayed the new grommet with AT-205 before I installed it and the new valve, this should make it easier to service in the future.

    Thanks. It was really good. I picked up a Skirt Steak on sale yesterday 1.5lbs for $2.38!

    Mz. PHM made up a Chimi Churri yesterday like @Hooptytrix suggested and had it marinate in a bag overnight. Still have 2 days of meat left over. :yes:

    I was searching for a 38" single row light bar but the price was double that of the 32" double row.
    32" it is for now.

    My next project after I recover from surgery will be eliminating the clutch fan and going dual electric.

    Tomorrow is Bed Bolts removal day. Remove and grease’em up one at a time. There will be a day this bed needs removal for the Fuel Pump replacement.

    Also, this scrubbing sound from my 2yo cheap Chyna Front CV Joints is bugging me. The boots look like they have tears in them already. :annoyed:

    Whats peoples thoughts? My mind says remove the boot closest to the wheel spindle and pack grease all in there (because thats where the sound was identified back when I did my front calipers). I could hear the noise inside that boot like rubber rubbing against smooth metal when I turned the Axle with the wheel and calipers off. It was a soft material scrub sound.

    My front bearings are original and I’ve had a bad Rear Bearing and know what that sounds like. Nothing else to do tomorrow except beat up on Turd Gen Oil Threads.

    @Professional Hand Model

    Which way did you make the Chimichurri? Threw everything together in blender which makes a green cream or did you go with parsley, garlic and oregano in blender and then hand mix the rest in, this gives you an oily mix?
