    Anyone know what this piece is called? The top trim with 4 circles on it. The other side broke.

    Yes hold on. I took them off because they break all the time.

    18 Seat Frame Trim Panel. There's a part number on it and the left and right are sold separately. I believe it's the same part on your MY.
