I am having a little trouble I cannot change my vent control so my ac and heat are always on defrost

    How hard is it to change my temp control module because all 3 of my controls are stripped knobs will not help

    I'm not sure if the 2006 model is much different than mine, but here is an edited picture to help illustrate removal of radio bezel.

    Once the 5 screws are removed grab the radio bezel, and pull straight out towards you.

    The piece circled in blue should be what you need to replace. Its been a while since I took everything apart on mine, but if I remember correctly the HVAC controls are mechanical in nature. You should be able to lift up on it, and then move it out to a more manageable work position.
