Outside of my tires seem to be wearing more than the inside.
When I bought the truck from Toyota it had 295/75/18s already on them.
As far as I can tell Suspension looks stock.
Truck doesn't pull one way or the other
Drive 60 miles a day on the highway
Going to need new tires before winter and would like this to not happen on a new set.
Would like to avoid going back to stock tire size if possible cause the truck looks too good with them.
    Any ideas?

Get an Alignment. Your Camber is off.

Toyota’s alignment specs is pretty wide range when it comes to toe.

    Camber or toe is off.

I have the same problem with my stock 2018 crewmax with 30k miles. There was minor pull at highway speeds, but I didnt think it was a big deal. A week ago I started getting steering wheel vibrations at highway speeds. I got an alignment done yesterday and new tires today. So far so good, there is no pull or vibrations.
Pic of my old tire and alignment below. I dont understand how the alignment got so out of whack?
I found this video on uneven tire wear very informative. https://youtu.be/G3fsWXszSfY

Could be multiple different things. Pothole, curbs, worn out shocks or other suspension points. I'd assume with yours being an 18 that it was probably potholes or road conditions.

Is there a spacer lift on top of your coil overs? Looks like your bump stops got a little spacer mounted on them.

    Could be possible?
I heard a spacer is needed for these size tires on stock.
I'm not really sure what to look for to confirm what you're asking, I apologize.
