Bro I have no clue. Wifey hooked it up and marinated it before she left for work. I’m guessing soy Worcester garlic hosin sauce was the base

You should check out the SlowNSear for your kettle. I've got one for my 26" and it takes business away from my Weber Smokey Mountain.

Will do. It may be hard to see, but I use the smokenator insert. It cuts the charcoal use way back and keeps the grill temp low (if you choose).

Just my son and I at home tonight. All rules out the window. We wanted to do a bacon steak burger, but decided to upgrade a little, so instead of a patty we did actual sirloin steak, and instead of bacon we did pork loin.
    I am stuffed!

Yup making some tacos with it  My kids never had tongue so I told the wifey not to say anything. I'll let them know after they ate some. Its the same thing with Menudo, people try it and love it then find out it's tripe (cows stomach) and they be like :eek2: :puke:

My Father's Day gift - A kamado grill.
I seasoned it and tried a few chicken pieces for lunch just to try it (direct heat). Then for dinner I added the deflector and did some indirect cooking - lamb ribs, sirloin steaks, lamb chops and bratwurst.
