I’ve looked high and low and they’re hard to find, I got a super charged 17 tundra 488 gears dirty deeds exhaust dumping out underneath by the rear axle and MT 3.0 kings.
I love driving my truck hard it just feels good when I got the traction control off, I just ordered fiberglass fenders long traveled Camburg with bypass I already have leaf springs under the rear axle with relocated shock mounts facing forward.

Yes I went a little crazy Baja Designs behind the grill awesome grill but I just found it will get painted once I get the fenders and SDHQ front bumper. But I’ve noticed my transmission staying in gear a little longer than I wish and every now and then it goes into limp mode!
I have a funny feeling it’s time to upgrade the tranny to handle a little more horsepower. Also I’m throwing on 37 inch ridge grappler’s and 17s methods.
Any suggestions out there? I know I’m not the only one with the heavy foot I’m sure somebody’s run in to this before ?

Try adding a larger tranny cooler.

I also talked to level 10. 5+ thousand and then 1700 to put it in not only is my foot heavy but this is getting expensive LOL The price to pay for not letting up! LOL just justifying it as happy Father’s Day to me hope my wife doesn’t find out LOL
    she probably well
Anybody with experience in dealing with level 10?

I have a Level 10 full build in mine.

My Trans went out around 160k miles. It had a IPT valve body in it. I wanted to to an IPT full build, but they really dropped the ball. I had been in contact with IPT about my build and the urgency of turnaround time. I even asked if they had a built one they could go ahead and ship and i would resolve the core charge later. IPT told me they did not have any builds to send and i would have to have mine built.

We had the transmission out ready to send to IPT on a Saturday. IPT insisted on setting up the freight so we notified them it was ready and waited. They never came to pick it up. After the 4th day, they finally sent a truck at 8pm to a business that closes at 5pm. The truck never came back after that. Unanswered calls and emails is all we were getting. By the following Friday, i was desperate to find another builder. There are only 2 to my knowledge (Level 10 and IPT). Level 10 told me they had quite a backlog and would be about 3 weeks before they could get to mine.

I did have a stroke of luck on this forum though. SDHQ offroad had procured a Level 10 full build for a customer project that they backed out on. So they were looking to offload it at a good price. I snatched it up and had it shipped to my shop the same day.

I finally got IPT on the phone the next day (Saturday, a full week later) to call off any efforts they may have had in to picking up my trans. He acted "surprised" at this and claimed he had no idea (even though i had all the unanswered emails and call logs from myself and the shop doing the work). He then offered to ship me one he had on the shelf right then, which pissed me off since supposedly that was not an option just a week prior.

Sorry for my rant, but the Level 10 has been great. no issues for the last 1+ years. THe shifting does not hit hard like the IPT valve body did. Drives pretty much like stock, just quicker and slightly firmer shifting.
