LT's and 300-cell cpsi, primary converters, temporary, CEL light?

Hello, like it says. "LT's and 300-cell cpsi, primary converters, temporary, CEL light?"

If someone installed some LT's and threw on some 300 cell/cells-per-square-inch converters on, would a light pop up? Mainly to make it easy home job w/clamps. Future plans would include putting the four factory cats back on (I think Dirtydeeds says the 4 factory converters really flow well).
