Morimoto XB's on a 2019

With factory LED's, I understand I need the adaptor harness but I'm being told it will throw an error code.
Is this correct ? Is there a workaround ?

It will not throw an error code when installing on trucks with OEM LED, we've had hundreds and hundreds of others with OEM LED install their XB LEDs using the provided adapters to make it Plug and Play and not a single one reports the issue/error message as seen in other Tundras. Those very very few who have the Error message are being researched as we speak and are looking into the issue at hand intensely to find a resolution, we are just waiting for word back on findings.

 

Thank you, I bought them last year from another vendor and did not get the adapters I needed, when I reached out to them they are the ones that told me it would throw an error code.
