Just use your existing coils. Clean them up and take them to @empty_lord and put the 5100’s on. Lots of members here have given you good advice.

I have 2012 tacoma 2” lift kit springs on my tundra.. rides good and it sits a bit higher than stock with the billies at the lowest notch

Feels fine at both 2 and 3 on the highway, really no noticeable difference between the settings for me. I found the 3rd notch got me just about level, I left the back stock.

I have Harbor Freight jack stands but they are the older orange ones, the teeth on the extenders are deep... It may be from a completely different casting than the newer ones. Either way, I leave the floor jack in place while up on stands and I'll usually throw one of the wheels underneath as well. I don't think I've ever been under the truck with the wheels off, I try to stick to the front or sides if possible.

For a regular car, you really can't beat the KYB quick struts. I've installed a set on a Ford Taurus I owned, and just did a set on the wife's Odyssey. Thru some KYB shocks on the rear too.
Great product and customer service. Thinking shocks are the next upgrade for the Tundra...Seems like Bilstein's are the go-to for the average driver.

If you’re looking for stock replacement. KYB has never really let me down on cars. Never tried the trucks

I'm thinking about getting KYB struts for our Rav4. I believe @Festerw recommend them to me last year. They aren't very expensive

It's really weird how certain brands are good for some vehicles, and garbage on others. KYB is junk for SHOs, but moog makes all the good suspension pieces. But mention moog on here and its gonna start a war.

I would never put moog on a Toyota after my experiences with them.

    but anything American? All moog

Is your sr5 an access cab? I thought you weren't supposed to use the 4th notch, nauty lol

I am adding the same setup but just can't follow rules and stick to the 3rd notch. How's it all playing out for you?

Just fine. My truck is double cab. Ride gets a bit firmer but not overly hard like a jeep. Your going to need this

I’ve run KYB on previous vehicles and have loved them. Installed quickstruts on my wife’s Odyssey, and ran into a snag with the top strut bolts lining up. Emailed and got a response the next day, and they asked for pics and mfg date on the strut for quality control (was a new item in their catalog)
Anyone still run Rancho? I remember them being the go-to many years ago.
MOOG still makes some good parts. Will be installing LCAs and sway bar end links on the Odyssey soon, and MOOG was recommended from other owners.
I have read bad reviews on Detroit Axle suspension parts though. Seems to want to steer clear of their suspension packages
