2006 Gen 1 Oil filter / Pressure question..

    So changed my oil and filter yesterday and replaced the stock filter with the larger..
    I used the Purolator.. PBL30001 which replaced the PBL10241. Seems to work fine..

    Seals up, doesn't leak.. The question is what does the Oil pressure gauge usually ride at.. I looked at mine before the change, but for some reason did not make a mental note. Mine is between the 1st and 1/2 way marks. Thanks.

    My buddy showed me this, kinda minor but cool.
    I guess the m1-301a was used on older toyotas and they downsized filters when designing the 4.7
    But its same thread, seal etc.
    And literally 2X the surface area.
    With nothing in the way of our filters, why not run this coffee can?
