Just picked up a 2wd V6 Tundra farm truck. Something is causing the battery to drain.

Key OFF, I hear a humming under hood, possible fuel pump, or something energized. Stops when pulling EFI relay...already swapped EFI and c/opn relays, no change.

What could be causing the EFI relay to remain energized with KEY OFF? Truck cranks and runs fine when battery is charged. Could a bad ignition switch cause the relay to keep sending power to pump with key off? I made sure it was all the way OFF, as nothing else in the truck (ACC) was working.

Any help or hints would be helpful.
    Thanks in advance.
