I've looked around on the internet and this site - don't see an answer for a dumb ass (me). I need to replace the pillar trim (don't know if effing B, C, D, or Z pillar). The one I am speaking of is between the passenger front and rear seats (CM) on my 2020 Tundra TRD PRO (picture embedded).

My questions are: (1) which pillar is this and (2) how to replace it? [Note: if you reply to #2, remember be elementary because I can be a dumb ass.] :rain:

You SCRATCHED it? And you want to replace it? I get it, my OCD would kick in too. But dude, it's a TRUCK. It's going to get scratched up. Touch it up with a black sharpie, and let it go bro.

A is the front corner of the front door/windshield. B is the rear of the front door. C is the back of the back door. D would be like the back corner of a station wagon.

Well, scratch is a nice word...how about gouged? If it was just a scratch, I would have hit is with some 1000-4000 grit sandpaper and the sharpie. I get it being a truck...I am anal about how my stuff looks. When I traded in my 2008 4Runner for the 18 Platinum, the dealer could not believe the SUV was 10 years old and had 180k miles on it. The clearcoat/paint was still as slick as it was when it was new.

Get a black a black grease pencil and a piece of fabric. Color the fabric with the grease pencil, and then rub the fabric onto the scratch. Trust me when i say this is how some auto manufactures fix scratches at the factory.

Pretty sure this is what you need..
I'd check with @Roman and give him your VIN to make sure.

Lower Center Pillar Trim - Toyota (62413-0C031-C0)

With shipping that is close to a $200 gouge, but it would bother me too.

    From what I remember about pulling it out;
Remove the F&R door scuff plates
Remove the seat belt bolt cover and bolt
I already had the front seats out, but you might be able to work around it.
Probably easier if you pull the seat though.
Gently pull if off, it goes OVER the top center piece.

Be very careful reinstalling it and line up clips exactly and gently push them in.
If you beat on it to engage the clips, you'll leave marks on the plastic.
Don't ask how I know that...:(

I just found this pic, it was before I had the carpet out.
Looks like the bottom center goes over the top, so you don't need to remove the center top piece.
This was before I pulled the front seat out, so I guess you can work around it..

Another pic I found that shows the top piece still in with the bottom out..

Great instructions - took me about 15 minutes to remove the old one and install the new.
