I’m getting mixed responses from vendors. Does the TRD Cold air fit the 2020 5.7? I see no reason at all why it won’t fit. The engine has no significant changes. Anyone know for sure? I’ve already added a flowmaster outlaw exhaust so was hoping the cold air would add a bit more airflow to the engine. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Curse you Perry the Platypus!
Not sure but be careful. You never know what little tweaks and changes they do from year to year. Have you tried to call TRD and ask? I've seen some crazy little things done like repositioning an exhaust bracket and find out the hard way. Keep doing your homework and you'll eventually find an answer.

I bought the below and a K&N drop in filter. Fit fine and saved 300 bucks with the same effect. The other major part of the TRD kit is the box cover with the TRD logo but from what I can tell, it's the same thing as stock.

    Leave it alone.
You already have a CAI stock, I see no reason to change it.

Hope that Flowmaster drone isn't too overwhelming.

I just don't understand all this "cold air intake" , but i guess if the kids want to waste their money....

If you want to improve the factory CAI (admittedly probably only slightly) affordably, check out my "Poor Man's CAI" below. And unless you absolutely don't want to spend money on something that might offer little to no functional value (i.e. you like the "look" of the TRD CAI box), if spending money on something brings you JOY and doesn't put you in harm's way financially...spend the shit out of it!! I technically don't need (4) LED bars on the front of my truck (2 would probably be plenty), but it looks cool as hell, so in my mind, not "wasting my money".
