2013 Sequoia

I'm looking to understand what it would take to take a Tundra off road rear bumper and mount it on my 2013 Sequoia.

Is there a direct bolt on option I'm missing?

I want something that is tough enough and aggressive to maybe install a winch. Thoughts ideas? Im looking to add the ironbull front bumper for reference.
