Whataburger (and maybe some buc-ee’s)

My son used to wear that kind of glasses. When he was playing baseball he didn’t get the reference so I watched the movie with him. I’d forgotten how profane it was.

 

I did too LOL. You need to wait until those movies get replayed on TV cause it's watered down a bit.

 

I hate watching movies or TV shows that are censored or cut. If I were king of the world, ny first act would be to mandate that everything be shown uncut and uncensored.

The wife and I have been watching old episodes of CSI lately and apparently there are more commercials now than 20 years ago because the network cuts a few minutes out of each episode. However, they tend to cut out the stuff related to the main story of solving the crime rather than the touchy feely side crap they add for women so you're sitting there at the end trying to figure out how they actually found the guilty party.

 

So do I. But if it's a movie a like and I would like my kids to see it, it doesn't bother me as much that some stuff is removed. Right now I have to try to explain why some dudes like to dress as women when they watch a commercial.

Anyway, but to the purpose of this thread . . .

It’s rated R at least, so I should’ve known. I get caught off guard sometimes showing older movies to the kids. PG didn’t mean the same thing in the 80’s as it does now.

 

So this is like comparing home town fresh butcher to a walmart steak but.

My wife had never eaten at a Whataburger until this week on the way to the beach..........SHE IS HOOKED!

 

Sadly, all of the Whataburgers around here are still take out only. I'll wait to go back until I can eat it fresh and hot, not cooled off from the trip home.

 

Drop the tailgate in the parking lot.

 

It's sad to say, I've never had a Whataburger. I need one now!!!!

The thing I miss most after leaving Texas is Whataburger. Hoping to take my special lady friend to my home state in the near future, and a combo number one is on our to-do list. I used to love their chicken strips and gravy too!
