Make sure to include tire type because that winds up being important. a 285/65 in one tire might have slightly different dimensions than a different brand in the same size.

    Some useful information:

    UCA = Upper Control Arm
    CMC = Cab Mount Chop

    Two of the terms you will often come across when discussing wheels and tires.

    Does Cooper offer that tire in a 295/75/18. Thought it was a 295/70/18 ?

    What do you mean by pushed liner forward, drilled new holes and massaged with heat gun? Can you give me a step by step for that

    If you remove some of the screws and bolts in the liner, it'll loosen up. Once it gets a little play in it, you'll notice you can push on it (away from the wheel, into the bumper) and it'll move forward about an extra inch. You can either tighten the one large bolt underneath as it pinches the liner and try to make it hold. Or just drill a new hole underneath, through the liner and the metal bumper with the liner pushed forward to hold it in place and screw it in.

    What @joonbug said. The heat gun is used to make the liner more pliable so you can make more room in any area the tire may be rubbing. Simply heat the area up and push the liner forward away from the wheel. Be careful though, if you heat it up too much, you'll put a hole right through it

    Like Joon said, you have to trim the plastic and move it forward. I have some pics on my build thread of the trimming needed and the new mounting holes.
