Carfax question?

Looking to help my father purchase him a truck before he retires. With that being said is there anyone here who has access to pull a carfax report? I’ve never got one before except from a dealership. We found a truck but it is being sold from a private individual. All help is much appreciated.

Search eBay, there’s a few dudes who will run vins for $5, I used one last month and got the report 5 min after paying, it’s legit...
