The finish looks identical to Waxaddict, not greasy or dust attracting. Only drawback is shorter longevity, but it’s really not a big factor compared to ease of acquisition and price. I also prefer that Gyeon comes in a pump instead of a sprayer. Makes the product easier to control that way. (Especially since Waxaddict’s sprayers are awful.)

Really not meaning to knock Waxaddict. They have some great products, they’re just a hassle to order from. The shortage of Tyre Feeder has been a consistent issue since Sky’s The Limit quit carrying it in the summer of 2018.

Is the 100ml per vehicle based on a Tundra? Large vehicles aren’t as prevalent in Europe, so I wonder if he took that into consideration.

Great work on doing the cost breakdown. Should be very helpful for people making decisions. I’ve generally just used cost per ounce when discussing it, but have never done the math on how much is used per product per vehicle.
I especially appreciate the work on per vehicle cost for Hydro2. It’s pretty expensive for a bottle, but goes a really long way. That 66 cent cost is even based on minimum dilution. I know a lot of guys like @Pudge dilute it more than I do.

First wash since instabead applied on April 19. I have to say I thought it was a bust since it wasn't beading well since last week. It's been raining a lot lately, and I had a decent amount of road grime. Jim said his did the same when he went without washing for about 3 weeks, driving in the same conditions. I washed it this afternoon and it came right back as good as new. First test passed. If it's still good around the forth of July I'll be ordering the concentrate

    How are you applying instabead?

I have a bottle of the 500ml super concentrate that should make 5L's.

    Not me.

I bought the 5L instabead the day it released. Immediately emailed Richard to ask how much extra I owed him for shipping since his costs have gone up for him to ship to he US. He replied back and told me he was sending a super concentrated version of 500mL that would make 5L's worth to save shipping.

Was cheaper for him and me to send a 500ml and not a 5L. I really wanted the premixed version.

Looks like I paid around $50 for 500ml and you got 2.5L for $175. Definitely better than me but I'm good. Just need to use it.

Bad late night math, but if you get 25 liters out of the concentrate, that's 250 applications at the 100 ml per rate. 250 divided by 4 months/year comes out to 62.5 applications, that's about 15 years worth. I had my daughter check my math and she said I need to leave the leftovers in my will. That's not considering the additional 1:9 reduction from RTU with foam gun/sprayer. Whatever it is, if it still works come July, I will replenish.

Just an update on my experience of the gyeon tire express. Big thanks to @War Machine and @phogallen for the recommendation as an alternative to wax addict and for answering my questions. Did the “His & Hers” detailing the other day and the tire express worked awesome. Easy application and looks great. Now to see how long it “lasts”. I like the “wet” look the day of, but as long as the tires just stay black for a couple of weeks ( assuming no mud roads) I’m fine with that.
Here’s a not so good pic of the finished work.

Glad you like it. Won’t last as long as Waxaddict, but it’s not too shabby compared to most tire dressings.

drove through rain and other generalized awfulness all day yesterday. Normally this would remove the “black” and cause the tires to return to “gray”. Wax addict mostly prevented this and so far so has the Gyeon.
    Impressed.

I'm on the last bit of my tyre feeder. I'm done with this stuff. Other than on tires it drive me nuts. I have tried many times on trim and bumper but it always runs onto my paint then I have to clean again. It does look good but ill use the rest on tires and then I'm done, there are too many other products out there to try and some work as well as this stuff.

I just tried trim shine from shine supply head to head with tyre feeder and the trim shine didn't run at all. So I'll stick with that

Trim shine is good stuff on trim. I've never had a problem with it running after it rains.

I only use tyre feeder on tires, nothing else. Seems to hold up really well even through rain most of the time. Even when I wash my tires the water just beads off.

This, I use 303 on everything else. But, I will say if the price and availability for tyre feeder don't improve, I may have to look for something else. I have about 1/2 a bottle left.

And, WTF happened here that got this locked and a couple of black lines applied?

Tyre feeder really isn't that hard to get. Email Richard at waxaddict. You'll pay more for shipping. I figure I bought 10 500ml bottles for $17 each when I bought the 5L jug. Cheapest I ever paid for it even when sky's the limit sold it. Usually here within 4 days after I purchase. Faster than most US places I buy from.

2+ week Update for gyeon tire express. 3B2357D9-A119-4F1E-B718-75489A93AB55.jpgAs you can see the tire is still “black”. I’m happy with the performance of the product.
one application. 2+ weeks of driving through rain, couple of dirt roads, grassy fields, and crush&run driveways/parking lots.

2 thumbs up. Thanks again @War Machine
