Trying to track down interior trim piece.

I hope this post finds you well!

I have been trying to track down the part number for the small plastic cover that goes over the upper bolt on the drive side grab handle which is part of the A-pillar (62212). Photo attached for reference.

I was hoping someone would sell just the cover but it seems they may only sell the entire Body A-Pillar Trim Panel.

If someone out there can help me track down this piece it would be greatly appreciated.
