I was one of the lucky guys who ordered lower-A-Arm skids from Victory and had them majorly chew up the insides of my front wheels (stock wheels, stock backspacing). Came to find out that it was a known issue and Victory had redesigned the skids to add more clearance...but was selling off the old skids anyhow, to unsuspecting suckers like me.

I only found out because others started posting about the same issue on the 'net, and Victory responded to my inquiry by acknowledging they had a new design.

I'll never do business with them again--they use full-paying customers as guinea pigs.

I just installed my front skid from RCI.

Anybody notice change a big change in steering feel?
I know the front end is heavier now but it’s quite a noticeable difference.

Running stock TRD Off Road suspension for now but I’ll be adding a 2.5 lift in the front Eventually.

Just also want to let everyone know an update regarding the victory skid, while its not a big deal but technically i guess you could say the victory skid isn't 100% compatible with the stock bumper. The stock bumper has several "tabs" that screw into stock skid and into the frame but the victory holes do not line up with the tabs on the bumper. I ended up tucking them in. Not the cleanest install for anyone that is really anal but not the end of the world either.
