Thanks a lot man, I’m very excited to finish the body. Just got word I’ll be working from home until June 29th at earliest, so looks like I will have time to do it even:cool:

Anyone know the R134a capacity of our AC systems?

My compressor clutch has always been loud when it cycles on (bought the truck used). Loud enough that people would think it was broken. Air was cold ish to be acceptable. Bought one of those Ac recharge kits. The gauge said I was borderline "charged" and "low". Put in the full 18 oz of R134a. Compressor is quiet now when it cycles on but dial barely moved. I want to add more but don't want to over fill the capacity.

I am planning on doing the body next yep. I’ll prolly toss the roof rack on for some motivation for the rest of the week, then strip it all down again to start body prep haha.

Me, the Mrs., and "Clifford" led our hokey little neighborhood Memorial Day parade this morning. This is a 20 year tradition for our family and brings a smile every year.

Thank you to all that have served in our armed forces and especially to those that made the ultimate sacrifice.

    You ARE remembered...

Thank! I love the way it turned out also. Didn’t want to do black on black like every other tundra in my town! I used
Duplicolor high performance wheel coating: gloss black, bronze, gloss clear. O’Reillys near me carries them (took 3 days to order/receive the bronze)

Put the winch delete plate back on top the bumper, cut the temporary zip ties off the new grill emblem now that epoxy is dried. My Dad gave me a replacement bumper light housing panel he had kicking around as well. Which is handy af, because the safari bumper is discontinued so parts are harder to come by. My driverside housing was cracked right in half, thanks again Dad! Score!

Also, thought I’d share my license plate backside :) I covered it with black bedliner also for a murdered look

Picked up a cheap Husky Crossover Tool Box on CL.

This is perfect for all of my tools, jumper cables, recovery gear, and camping gear. It's nice being able to lock everything away and keep it out of the cab of the truck

I might add a wheel tray to the top of the box for my MTB. Not too sure yet.

Also need to figure out if I'll mount MAXTRAX to the unit or squeeze them inside

Just my 2 cents, I’d be pretty hesitant to mount em on the lid or even on the sides of an aluminum toolbox. Not that Maxtrax weigh much, but that’s just me. Have ya thought about mounting em on a bed rail?
