    Hello, all!

I'm new to the forum and an aspiring Tundra owner. I'm looking at 1st gens and was hoping you could educate me.

Do the double cabs have different bed options (short & long)? Or is it just one bed length?

Sorry for the elementary question... I'm VERY new to trucks and am trying to learn all I can! I appreciate your help!

Welcome Peaches. Double Cabs (DC) only have one bed size. Same goes with Access Cab (AC). The long bed version is only found on the Regular Cab (RCLB).

oh, and then there's the "stepside" for the 1st Gen AC. It's a polarizing design for sure. Same length as the fleetside option, but narrower.

Like I’ve said before, I really like these side steps now. I think they look real good with a nice cap on them. Better than the regular beds with good caps.
