I too am a recent convert to Tundra's from an 05 F-150 that I bought new. I have nothing bad to say about my Ford. In 10 years all I ever had to fix were a couple of window regulators.

But......I sure love my Tundra! Besides...it was built by Texans!

If I was gonna buy a domestic truck the F-150 with the 5.0 coyote motor would be my first choice. But I have had such good luck with the 3 Tacomas I have owned in the past that I really had no reason to look at anything else.

yep bank account is running low from it..
Im willing to bet they are NOT using high grade aluminum made reason is cost other reason would be supply.... If anything i bet they are using a mix of aluminum and other metal to keep the cost down.. anyone remember the DMC / deloran tho its a stainless steel body but years ahead of anyone else...
