2004 Tundra TRD; dead battery/clicking every couple days. Battery and alternator are OK. Any ideas? 261,000 miles. Otherwise runs perfectly, no oil leaks. Body is rough and kinda slutty at the gas pump 15-16 MPG. Bought it for $5000 18 months ago on the side of the road. $1k for new tires.

Are your headlights manually off or leaving them on and the vehicle turns them off when you shut it off?

I cut every thing off manually and stopping locking it as I assumed that engaged the alarm.

Recent changes? New radio? Back up camera etc?

How are you sure the battery is OK?

To test for battery drain: Switch everything off on the TUNDRA. Disconnect just one battery lead. For example disconnect the Positive Battery Lead. Set your Multimeter to Amps as described above. Connect the Positive Multimeter Lead to the Battery Positive terminal. Make sure the Positive Lead you removed from the battery does not touch anything grounded, like the TRUCK frame etc…. Connect the Negative Lead from the Multimeter to the Positive Lead you removed from the Battery. You should now see current drain measured in Amps. Move to the lower Amp setting on your multimeter if the current is lower than the setting on the Multimeter Low setting. Start to unplug the wires or fuses around your TRUCK and see if the current reading goes to zero. This will point you in the direction of the current thief. You can convert to Power measured in Watts by multiplying it by the Battery Voltage. Power = Volts x Amps 4.2Watts or (12Volts x 0.35Amps).

Make sure all battery connections are clean and free of corrosion.
My 05 had a thin film of corrosion around the inside of the clamp.
Couldn't hardly see it, but I was having to get the battery jumped everyday for about 4 days before I figured it out.

Probably the battery, mine does this everytime the battery is going bad. They even tested the battery and told me it was OK, just needed a charge. I'm like, what good is a battery without a charge? New battery fixed it all. Batteries only tend to last 4-5 years. And only 3 years in my truck. Maybe the vibration is killing them. I'll go AGM next time and see.
