I installed my Bushwacker DRT fender flares. It was a little tricky getting everything snug and putting the clear tape on the potential rub spots but it all came out pretty good. Way better than the Armadillo mud flaps that came with the truck.

Finally put on my RCI Steel Skid today with the help of two friends!
Easy install and well thought out design.

Front end is noticeably heavier. Doing some research and can’t find any posts about it.
Stock suspension struggling with the extra weight? I have stock TRDOR. I’ll eventually add a Fox 2.5 set.

Got some work done today like fixing the sinks, greasing my trailer bearings, and bunch of other random shit. Decided since I never got around to cleaning the truck yet I'd take it off pavement and get it more dirty. It might not look bad due to the artic coating, but trust me, the truck is dirty as hell. Some of you guys who never miss a thing I'm sure will be zooming in on it to catch the dirt and mud splatters.

56k miles and counting, still love this bad boy like the day I got it, probably even more with the additions. Won't lie and say I'm done, we all know how that goes, but kinda feel like after I get some sliders I'm pretty content leaving as is. With the exception of adding a little something here and there of course lol

Added the ESP under seat storage to the back, but I took some great info from this forum (@NewImprovedRon) and tapped into my cargo light. I added foot lighting for the back seat as well as the new storage with an LED strip.

Thanks! Not easy with 3 kids! I found the LEDs on eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/173716331902. They were sold as a set of two light strips, so I got two sets. I used one for this project and will the other three for the bed lights. Will hopefully be installing tomorrow.

You almost had me excited. I collect Matchbox/Hotwheels trucks, and I am always on the lookout for a Tundra. I have a few Tacomas but no Tundra luck yet.

James just be careful if they're metal stem covers. I don't know where u live but I'm in NJ where we salt the shit out our roads in winter. Even with me loosening and tightening at least once a month I eventually needed to use a channel lock a couple times to loosen one. If you're not careful with them they can seize onto your valve stems and u will need to either cut them off or buy a new stem. I kept mine on for months but eventually noticed in the winter they were really starting to stick so had to switch back to the ol black plastic unfortunately.

Just trying to help u possibly avoid an issue as others warned me. I caught mine in time, but if you just put them on and forget about them they can permanently attach themselves to your stems when the metal binds together.

I remember putting the full steel set on my F150. Fit perfect, bomb-proof and h.e.a.v.y. I had already installed Bilstein 5100s on the truck, so it actually helped dampen down the stiffness. But the change in ride was noticeable

    Thanks for the warning!

I’m in South Carolina; we salt the roads occasionally, but not too bad. I’ll be sure to keep and eye on them.
