Curious to see what they'll do, I had a Frontier rental last year on a work trip and it's a perfectly adequate truck besides the lack of features

I thought GM and Nissan partnered to develop the then new Colorado/Canyon/Frontier, but the Nissan version never launched here? We went to Greece back in 2017, and I saw a few of the Nissan Navara's that looked quite similar to the GM twins (on the outside, I didn't look inside), so apparently the rest of the world received an updated Frontier (Navara), but the US didn't.

    Could be. I'm not sure.

I had an ‘07 Frontier. Traded it for an ‘09 Challenger R/T. Traded that for a ‘13 Frontier. Traded that for the 20 Tundra SR5 4X4. I loved the Frontier. Great mileage, good ride, lots of power for a 4.0, lots of bang for the buck! Never did a thing with it but oil and filter and trans service. Not one squeak or rattle in the 6 years I had it. Air would freeze you out. Always started and very dependable. Seats got a little bit hard on a lengthy ride though. Instead of $1000.00 for new news on that I spent $51,000.00 for new tires and a Tundra.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
Yup, Really, really old body design, very poor accident ratings, don't overlook that.

Another really old 'New' truck is the ranger, I'd stay away from that too.

Given that I just bought my Tundra, I'm not in the market to buy but I do like to read about what else is going on in the industry.

I always liked the body style on these. My step dad has one with over 200,000 miles that he bought new in 2005. It's been a good truck other than a few non-routine repairs.
