Wiring harness mismatch

Not sure if there are different size plugs for the 42 inch curved light bars, but I cant plug the light bar in the provided harness.

The light bar plug has posts that are too small for the wiring harness connector. I had no trouble with the 20 inch bar and supplied harness, but the posts inside the plug are smaller.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I left a vm, but no call back from the vendor.

 

Looks more like the pins are bent to me. The right one is up higher

 

here is a picture of all 3. The one on the right is for the 20 in bar. The other 2 are 42in bars. The far left one is missing the small plastic piece that is supposed to keep the pins from moving.

 

pulled the pins through the light bar plug. The pins almost fit, but not quite.

 

the i.d. of harness sockets are too small.

 

I really don't want to have to return these to @Caliraisedled, I have been looking forward to burning the faces off of the undead.

 

I ran into this issue when I wired up my light bar. There are different size deutsch connectors and the male connector on attached to my light bar did not fit the smaller deutsch connector on the wiring harness. I got my bar used and it did not come with a harness so I cut the connector on the light bar and added one that matched the harness. Since this is a new light I would continue trying to contact the vendor.

 

Problem solved. @Caliraisedled sent me the adapters they forgot to pack with the lightbar.

Not sure how impressed my wife was, but I love them.

 

Love it! Daylight at the flick of a switch!

 

Now i have to figure out how to do this to her highlander.
