I have a nice midsize Surefire in my console l, I'm always surprised at how often it comes in handy. I also carry a Maglite in my toolbox but it doesn't get nearly as much use.

Oops I'm wrong. Same brand but different model. This is the one I have and I bought a rechargeable lithium battery for it. Hell of a beam..IMG_20170205_170428.jpg

I carry the P12 at work. It has a rechargeable battery in it also, but you have to remove it and put it on a charger. The MH12 is exactly the same awesome light, but can charge with a USB plugged directly into it. Perfect for the Tundra.
    1000 lumens on high

I carry three. Two D cell Maglites (one two cell, one three cell) that I store under the back seat, and a cheap LED light that I keep in the console. One Maglite has a clear lens, one has a red lens in case I need to use a light but preserve my night vision. Only one of them has been converted to LED, I tried to convert the other one, but Maglite told me it's now "obsolete" and no conversion is available. They were kind enough to offer to "trade" it for an LED model if I shipped it back to them at my expense and included a check for $25. I can buy a new one for less. No more Maglites for me, I'll stick to other companies.
