I think we’re good, I’m getting good advice, we haven’t devolved too far.

what are you planning on trying to polish?

i use the pads from adam's
    https://adamspolishes.com/collections/exterior-polishing-pads

he also has machines but they are a bit pricey

personally, i have a porter cable machine (variable speed) that's close to 20 years old. does what i need it to. i picked up a backing plate for it from adam's so their pads would fit.

Thanks. I plan on polishing my truck and my motorcycle. The truck has a lot of little paint chips and some are starting to rust. I'm going to get a toyota touch up pen and fill them in after cleaning it thoughoutly, then I'd polish it

Griot's Garage 10617 Polishing Pad is good.
