Alrighty guys n gals. BAmufflers has a kind of ‘recall’.

We have discovered an improvement to an existing system.

Anybody take one of our standard systems and cut the tailpipe after the last hanger? If so, is the drone more than you’d like?

We have a solution. Call with feedback and for details. 760-877-4234

How much longer is it when compared to the standard helmholtz that was included with my kit?

Does this also affect a helmholtz that has been installed on a stock tundra exhaust?

Nope. If your tailpipe is not cut there is no need to change your helmholtz.

I'll check to see if I have enough room for the new resonator, the angle I have the current helmholtz may cause a problem.

We can make it happen. The design makes it right in the ‘c’ of the frame.
But if it’s pointing up or down too much the resonator can just be bent a little bit to fit. We will try to bend it. Or you can take to an exhaust shop to bend it.

Just curious, how much exhaust comes out of the resonator?
Edit: I guess I don't know how these work, is it capped?

It's capped... think of it as a noise canceling chamber.
