    Hey guys!

So need some general info on buying/installing a cold air intake system for my tundra.

    Easy to install?
Any recommendations on brand or specific one I should buy.

    Do's and donts?

    i have a don't for you: don't buy a cold air intake.
your truck's intake is about as good as it is going to get and anything you replace it with is only going to result in diminished performance.

not a problem man. tires, suspension components and lighting are all better uses of your hard earned money.

yup... i have a TRD CAI - save your money. Perhaps get a K&N filter for the stock intake if you're trying to spend money but I wouldn't go down the CAI route.

I did recently. Don't expect any performance gains. I installed it with the TRD drop in filter, it gets rid of the whistle from the filter.
