had my uncle install my new tires yesterday and he drove the truck back from the shop for me. He too feels like the truck is all over the place.....which is new since the BOSS suspension is installed. He said he feels like its over steering and positive caster usually fixes this. Does anyone have a thought on this and if so, any idea what specs I should dial this in at?

I searched for an alignment thread I remember seeing at one point but without luck

Yeah what you are describing is a lack of caster. I try to max my caster out so it tracks better and faster return to center. The down side is it will require some more effort on turn initiation.

How much preload did you add to your coilovers (total lift amount)? Did you get aftermarket UCAs too?

Once you go over 2" of lift, it's hard to get respectable caster numbers without aftermarket UCAs. For what it's worth, I set my coilovers to about 3" of lift with Total Chaos UCAs and was able to get over 4* of caster.

I did change the UCAs, so I should have plenty of ability to change caster. I went with SPC uppers.

I'm set at 3" like they had shipped

I actually haven't had it aligned yet. I want to align it once...to recommended specs

I reached out to toytec and they said align it back to factory settings. Thoughts on that vs something with more positive camber?

Depends on driving style and preferences. You should definitely be close to factory recommendations, but because of bigger tires and lift, you definitely want the caster on the high side. I let mine go into the red on positive caster.
Also I live in the mountains (and drive like an asshole), so I need a tiny bit of negative camber (-.02 degrees) or I wear the outsides of my tires.
As for toe, since we drive RWD/4WD, you want to be ever so slightly toe in.
