I have a set of aftermarket headlights And they have projecter lenses, but they need a small bulb or another rubber cupler. But that isn't the issue, the problem is I haven't found a bulb small enough and strong enough to fit the h7 housing. Any ideas or tips?

What brand is the headlight housing? Googling or contact the manufacture might lead you down the right rabbit hole.

Have a pic of the old bulb?

wait it’s an h7 housing. So you need an h7 bulb or a rubber cover for it. Original post is not super clear

Go with GTR lighting for HID bulbs. @Headlight Revolution will have what you're looking for. I've had them on my truck for 3 years, no issues with proper install.
