Well just did the Lomax install last week and so far everything has been great. Very easy to install and has kept the bed dry for the most part.

You do need to look out for the cover touching your tie down cleats and move them if needed, was not tough and just look at where the cover comes down and make sure it's not in the way.

I have a 2020 CM 1794 Tundra and did the spray on liner and when I ordered the Lomax I also ordered the bed pad. It went on fairly easy, but the glue snaps didn't like the spray on liner so much so I did have to drill out for the back of the bed snaps.20200419_193311.jpg 20200419_193316.jpg 20200419_193118.jpg 20200419_193328.jpg

Looks sick!! thank you for sharing your pictures! Im looking into installing one of these on mine. I have a buddy of mine that has it on his F250 and he says that he has no issues with water leaks. I was wondering how is it with our Tundras..

Looks very nice! Do you know how it compares with the BAKFlip MX4? I have a Leer 700 on my 2008 but looking at the BAKFlip for a new 2020.

Do you think the voodoo crossbars will work with that cover?

I been searching for a cover that can work with the cleats and deck rail system. This looks like it does the job. Did you have to do anything special to make it all work?

I get a Lomax stance installed next Wednesday on the TRD Pro. Place where I always buy these for my truck put on a Bac MX4 4 years ago on my Titan. They said the customer service is awful now that Bac was bought out. Switched to Lomax. Says it’s still a family company that does stuff the right way for customers. Normally would kind of roll my eyes at that stuff but I believe them. Can’t wait for mine.

Well, because of the trax system, the Lomax stance that was ordered didn’t come with the clips to accommodate the trax system. They have to order those now. So.....still waiting. Likely middle of next week now.

Finally got my stance put on!
Pics are bad as it’s dark. I’ll get more up in the daytime. I like it so far. Just ordered some tailgate seal and once that comes hope to have a pretty leak proof bed.

    Here are some dark pics
The seal is on the outside as opposite to the backflip and mx4 that I’ve had before where the water is collected inside and then rushed out a collective channel thru the bed.
Also the rubber seal has to soften a tad. It was 33° here all day and is a little stiff because of that. The rubber will mold a little better when it warms up some. It was out on today in the snow around 3:30 cst

A few better pics of the seal and the metal/magnetic rods that attach the roof nub that I showed in the night photos. Those are metal rods so when attached to the roof the stance won’t ever come in contact with the back window. Or bed.

I was looking at one of these, are they hard to remove completely invade I’m doing something where I don’t need it? Or are they a pain to take off and put back on

The regular Lomax gets removed. The stance ( the one I got) food up one extra time giving you full access to the bed. I didn’t want to be removing it. It’s 50lbs. Supposedly very easy to remove and put on, but if all 3 panels fold up like the Stance do, like mine, I’m good.

Looks like a good product but there’s no way I’m sticking anything to the roof in order to keep it upright. I can’t get over that.

I see it as no difference besides the others mods we do. Bolt on side steps, change interior and so on. As long as it doesn’t do damage and provides some sort of function, I’m ok with it.

Here is not my pic but google image of how it stays it place. They are metal or aluminum rods. Not plastic. It’s just better leverage. I had the ones where the stabilizes arms tuck in the bed and they work great too. This just does it differently. The finish on the cover is my favorite that I’ve had tho.

Hi, everyone. Need help with my Lomax Stance. I received my cover yesterday and tried to install it today. However, I'm not sure If I received right item. The side rails have weather stripping attached (this might be the right part but not sure) and the hardware I received doesn't have the clamps I expected to see. If someone can confirm whether the side rail and the hardware is the right items for 2021 Tundra with 5'6'' bed with Deck rail, that'd really great. Thank you. Attaching pics.

Chances are you’ll need to call them about the clips. I bought from local Line X dealer and they ordered the stance and because of the trax system the stance doesn’t come with the correct clips.
You will lose all the range of the trax system. Mount them where you want them and you can slide them a little bit but not the full tail once you get your clips.

Thanks. I already sent an email to them about the clips but planning to call them on Monday. Would you confirm that the side rail looks correct? Im guessing its the correct one but just making sure. Thanks!

It looks correct. The “seal” or weather stripping is on the outside. It tries to prevent it from getting under the stripping

    I think I have a pic.

Thanks for the reply. I think we are talking about different things though. The picture I posted is for the side rail that gets clipped to the bed and holds the cover flush with the bed, not the seal on the panel itself.

Nah youre good. Thanks for the help. Kind of relieved to hear you had similar experience since it proves to me that they have been sending wrong clips out on orders and its not me who cant figure this out. Unless someone can confirm for me that the side rail is wrong too, im going to assume its the correct. At least the length was spot on when I put it against the bed so I think its the correct one.

I do love my stance tho. Solid. Love the textured top. Like it it works. Didn’t want to remove the entire thing when needing full bed access.

My line x dealer (been using them for 15 years) used to be a huge Bac industries dealer and swore by the MX4. That’s what I had on my Titan and Ram prior to the Tundra. All thru the line x dealer. They said once Bac was bought their service went to absolute crap. They stopped warranting issues and were just as PITA to deal with. Apparently when there is a warranty issue Bac asks you to destroy the bad cover instead of shipping it back. They ask for pics and vids and will only warranty if it’s destroyed to their liking. My guy said they used to have to spray paint it with orange or something. Bac was afraid they would repurpose and resell it.
Anyway the line x guys for so fed up with it they lit the demo one on fire and sent it back to Bac.
Have no clue but they say Lomax is a family run business and they have been great to deal with and seem excited to have the line x guys as customers.

I love my lomax, had it about a year now, about as water tight as you can get.
The stance wasn’t out yet when I bought mine, and I was a little jealous when it did come out but the regular lomax is easy enough to remove I’m still very happy with it.
I removed it maybe 5 times over the summer, it’s quick, just need to get into the bed to unhook it, place it on the tailgate, get down and carry it to your storage spot. If you can’t get into the bed easily, maybe the stance is a better option.
Now I’m tempted to get the matching matte black adarac to go with the cover...
