Need help having weird issues

    Lowerd single cab 5.7
    It all started when I notice my voltage meter was riding below normal on my 07 5.7 so I figured the alternator went out so I changed it out same issue so I dug deeper found my efi 2 fuse was blown mind you the truck starts and runs fine I changed that fuse now the truck wont shut off when I turn the key off I left it running pulled fuse and it turned off like normal did my ecm take a crap?

    Now I can change an ecm but does the dealer still have to flash it?

    Yes unless you buy an aftermarket tune I'm thinkin
