so I am going to 37s when my 35s wear out and was thinking about using pro comp flares for more clearance. I would go all fiberglass but I have a rack and RTT and accessories. Not sure how the bedsides will hold up over time. So my question or request is if anyone has these on their truck do you happen to have pics of how much you had to cut to make work and how much wider are they compared to bushwhacker flares? Thanks.

I also think @SATX_ProRunner also has them and show's how much he cut out on his build thread.

Yeah, you have to drill 8-9 holes per wheel well. You also cut a radius arc that follows the well. At the topmost section of the well, you'll be cutting back about 4". At the bottom sections, more like 2-3". I just used a jigsaw. I could've spent more time making the cuts cleaner but no one is ever going to see them anyway.

If I go that route I’ll be raptor lining them black. Just spray canned my bushwhacker yesterday. Raptor lining in a spray can is a legit product. Used 4 cans on the bushwhackers and was able get 4 even thin coats on each. 31E3A1DA-15DB-4FBF-89CF-A6188CAB40A0.jpg28728CBB-8A8C-48C0-930B-BA8496CCF491.jpg

Last question. With 3” wide flares what would my rim offset be with 35x12.5 tires to be flush with the flares? I have +25 offset rims at the moment and sits pretty close to flush with my bushwhackers. Don’t mind cutting the body mount as milo will cut and weld new plates on when I go to 37s. My sliders were in the way last time and I’m only on 35s so it will have to be done either way.

I have a brand new set of pro comp fender flares for sale. Still in box. They are the new style flares with new mould. I had my old ones warrantied and took them a year to send me new ones and I sold my Pro. $900 for both front and rears. These are considered their new gen2. I’m one of the first to get them. Here are a few photos.

I bought the set above from cwhanley - still sitting in my garage in boxes lol. Im debating whether to put them on still or not. Paint plus install is going to run (im guessing) $1,500.....now that im contemplating selling my truck this summer. I imagine shipping would be a beast on these....boxes are yuge!
