Good luck man. Sounds like alignment can be a nightmare if you can’t find the right shops to do it. :fingerscrossed:

Just picked up the truck and it is a HUGE improvement. So far on the flattest roads I can tell she runs straight. They did say one of my rear cam bolts is frozen, so if I get that replaced there can be a little more improvement. Will post alignment picture later.

Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Here is where I am at the moment, after asking the shop to follow the alignment specs commonly posted here on the forum. Same pull to the right. Seems like it shouldn't pull to the right with caster bias, from what I've been reading. Thoughts?

6112s@1.9. two shims left, one right. OE wheels and tires.

Can I get a translation...just put ADS 2.5 coilovers and icon UCA’s...how are my numbers now? Looks like I am still in the red on the right side but not the left?

Well guys, the Toyota dealer finally got my alignment correct, after I paid for it. They were good to make sure that performing the alignment was no longer covered under the factory warranty, so I had to pay them to do it this time. Great dealer huh? Well, I traded it in and went back to Ford where I should have stayed to begin with. I gave the Tundra a try, and it just wasn't my cup of tea. I'm back to a F150 Lariat loaded and this thing drives 100 times better than my Tundra did. Going from the 5.7 to Fords 5.0 isn't showing me much of a difference power wise. However, my Tundra was always very loose on the rear end when the roads were just barely wet, and the new Ford grips way better. I've got the 3.73 rear end. I think the Tundra ran a 4.30?? Not sure if that makes that much of a difference. Overall, I'm happy with my truck, and I could never say that with my Tundra. Still love my Camry though. :)

Anyway guys. Thanks for all the help, and for letting me be a part of your community for the short while I was here. Best of luck to you guys. Stay safe and healthy

Congrats on your truck. It’s your money and ever Truck has an issue and recalls. But at the end of the day what makes you happy

Hey I came from the ford family of diesel trucks. This is my 1st gas since high school. Lol. Love the Tundra but pay load was an over site on my part and sometimes wish I went back to a diesel. Best wishes

Hey guys was wondering if someone can help me out, I installed a 2/1 level kit from tuff country and scheduled an alignment. Does anyone have alignment degree angle for 2.1 and will they have enough room to adjust? I noticed my wheels have a slight positive camber, have any of you had that fixed after the alignment? Also I have a very slight vibration when accelerating from zero to about 15mph. Should alignment fix that or can it be that I need carrier bearing drop spacers?

Hi All, just joined and very happy to be here.

    Question, and thanks in advance.

    2016 Tundra SR5 here

Issue: My Tundra has been pulling severely to the right. On my front right tire, it has gone bald due to wear. I just had my alignment checked at the Toyota dealership and drove off only to discovery the truck is still pulling to the right. I had the alignment re-checked and these are the specs given. Additionally, they moved the balding outside right edge tire from front to back. It helped a little. Could it be the tires making the truck pull even if the alignment is "correct/good"? Any thoughts?

Forgot to mention, why do the specs not match on each side? When the truck is stock/brand new, do the alignment specs match on each side?

You have too much toe and should have about .5 more caster on the passenger side to account for road crown

Thank you, what should the toe be? Is there a standard? What is too much?

Also, If I had .5 more caster on passenger side, wouldn't it cause pull to the left on straight surface?

Toe should be about .12 per side but can be dropped down to .7 per side. This is the most out of spec on your alignment sheet.

Technically yes the truck would pull on a completely level road with more caster on one side but most roads has some type of crown. You don't necessarily need to exactly .5 more but having more the passenger side will help the pulling.

Do you mean it would pull if it had more camber not caster right? I have noticed that all of my tires through the life of the truck (89,000 miles currently) have worn on the outside edges when up front. I do rotate every 5,000 miles. So, if I dropped the toe down from .18 to .12 that would promote more weight to the inside of the tire vs outside? I am all confused.

Thanks so much for the help!

Been fighting a pull to the right forever. Thought it was the tires and got a new set. Truck still pulls to the right. What do you think about my numbers:

Similar to my specs, I am not sure why the rear numbers on the right and left side are so different?

Leveled, wheels and tires, Line X on the grille surround and bulge, Line X in the bed, Retrax rolling Tonneau cover, Flowmaster Outlaw cat back exhaust.
Same here with an offending tire. Taken off the wheel, reinstalled, balanced, good to go.

My truck keeps pulling left. Lift and tires were installed on truck when I purchased and it didn’t pull left. I had it aligned at Firestone then it started pulling left. I’ve taken it back three more times and they say there’s nothing they can do to correct the caster due to the 2” lift on the front and the tires are bad which is causing the pull to the left.

They can do better than that. I have a 2.5 lift with factory UCAs and have more caster and 0 camber. Firestone did my alignment too

This is mine from a few weeks ago, 3” lift and factory UCA’s. I do have coachbuilder tie rods though. It can be done, find a different shop.

Other than the lift, everything else is stock. I’m going to bring it to another shop that specializes in this tomorrow morning. He said Firestone wasn’t doing it right. Will let y’all know what happens! Pic of front lift.

That looks like more than a 2" lift. Are you measuring the spacer height?
