You could always try showering before getting in your truck or at minimum, change into dry clothes?

People don't plan in advance anymore. If this had been posted yesterday, I would have taken it for a joke.

What do they think will happen to cloth seats if they get in and they are covered in manure, piss or sweat?

I'd day the only solution if they are that bad is new seats.

Rent a rug Dr or take to a place that details vehicles. I'm sure there are some over the counter stuff you can spray and scrub the seats with.

Been there (with field work in company trucks), so you have options.

    1) Wet Vac and shampoo (either DIY or from an auto detailer)
    2) Dr. Scholls Odor-X powder - yes it's for shoes, but i have had success in carpet that was smelly. Sprinkle it on, add a little water and scrub it in, vacuum it out
    3) Pull the seats and clean them with soap, water, and a hose. Let dry and re-install. Not a good idea if you have power seats, though.

Once they are clean, do the following as preventative measures:
    1) Seat covers (wet okle or other waterproof cordura covers...$135 to $200 for the fronts)
    2) Always bring a towel for after practice...put it on the seat before you drive.
    3) at least swap shirts before driving.

    Easy peasy.

If you can rent a steamer / carpet cleaner, that should help a lot. If not, try some Folex and a stiff brush to agitate it with. Wipe it up as best you can with towels.

Once it dries, get some carpet freshener and a vacuum and go over them again. It may take repeating a few times before you get it all out.

Then spray some of this inside and leave it for a few hours.

Afterwards, let it air out a while. Ozium is pretty harsh, so make sure you don’t breathe it in.

If you end up getting the stink out...make sure to change clothes after your sports before getting in and ride home with windows open.

It won't keep all the stink out, but most of it.

When I was a teenager we had to shower after high school sports practices - mandatory, every time. I think that went away as a practice at schools 20 years ago...

For the OP, I would go the professional detailer route - they have the right equipment. Then invest in seat covers, or at least throw a clean towel over the seat.

I always carry a large towel in my truck. If I have been working or to dirty to sit on my home furniture. Then I am to dirty to sit on my truck seats.
So 10 seconds to unfold the towel to cover seats.

Call a carpet cleaner. But just like carpet, once you let it get so bad and down into the padding. Nothing will get it out.
Then remove the OEM seat covers and they sell the pad underneath separately. Cost a bit and the hassle. But no worries, you saved 10 seconds a few times.
