This is for a 2014 Tundra crew cab. Completely stock except for the bed cap & ladder rack. Used only for work. We install Satellite Internet and DTV / Dish Network in northern AZ and southern UT.

About 1/3 the time it's being driven on dirt roads at speeds between 20-70 miles a hour. Roads will be hardpack with pot holes, thick sand loose gravel, deeply rutted and washboard. Elevated cattle guard crossings with up / down bottoming out.

Biggest problem is the pot holes and hardpack sticking up from the dirt. Lots of these are almost invisible until you're right on them.

I don't need a full blown baja racer suspension and I imagine I couldn't possibly afford it.
I also don't want a huge lift as I need to access the ladders on the roof. A small lift would suffice.

    Any ideas?

For a tough suspension that can handle offroad, heavy loads and work....that is also install and forget it, you can't beat OME for the price. @Toytec Lifts sells them.

I have an OME lift on my 4runner and had it on an Isuzu Trooper I once had.....no issues ever.
