I did this a few weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and go rent a ball joint press and the 4wd kit to go with it.
    Trust me on this man.

It’s the extra deep cups to be able to press the bushings out.

Just installed the Diode Dynamis SS3 fog lights in amber. I purchased them from lightwerkz.com. Price was right at $170 shipped. The packaging was less than ideal and I did send them an email regarding it. Lights look new and unused but the packaging looked like it was opened and repacked. After install they seemed to be set correctly in my garage but when I was able to run them on the street I realized they were way too high. I readjusted them and will check tonight. They seem to be much brighter than the stock led fogs so I cant wait to see them in action.

And yes I broke those stupid clips on the liner behind the fogs in the wheel well. What a terrible design. Why not metal clips?? Oh well I guess it gives me a chance to come up with something else.

Amazon delivered the 2nd set of Tyger running boards. This set took me about 5 minutes per side, so very happy to have all 8 bolts installed on both sides. Now just have to drag it the UPS to return the bad set.

Did the fold down rear seat mod today, getting the hooks to unhook was not fun. Said screw it until I had a extra set of hands to help. Lo and behold the hooks about jumped out of the loops after I had started all the bolts back in.

Big week - Added the Pedal Commander PC27, bakflip mx4 and front and rear weathertec mats. Tonneau cover fits like a glove and was easier to install than the one I did on my F350 10 years ago. The weathertec mats are unbelievable how well they fit. The back seat was so tight I had to lift both seats to get them in. Seriously thought they sent the wrong mat for the back because it was that tight of a fit. Pedal Commander - Love the ability to adjust the gas pedal from eco to city drive seamlessly with the bluetooth capability. This install was pretty simple, the hard part was where to install the command module while keeping the wire away from the knee airbag, break pedal and gas pedal.

One last note, the Tundra floor mats at the dealer didn't look well made and the fit was terrible. Dealer Tonneau covers are ridiculously expensive. The pedal commander should pay for itself in a year or two while driving in eco mode. More importantly, it kicks up the driving experience when I am not tooling around town.

Quick update about the weathertec mats. Mine came with passenger side gripping teeth preventing them from moving around. If your mats did not come with the teeth I can understand why their smooth bottoms would move around.

Which mount kit did you order, it’s a little confusing to me when I look at the options.

Decided to replace my bent bumper supports (pictured) after someone hit and ran my truck last year. I replaced the driver corner but never replaced the brackets. Both brackets were bent. Got my fender liner on properly as well. Took me 4 hours since I wanted perfect gaps. Installed my fog overlays as well
I also pushed my bumper out as much as I could without shims for more clearance. Just installed bumper on the farthest settings by loosening and adjusting top bolts and bottom bolts

If you look at the top and bottom main bolt points for your bumper (top under headlights and bottom 2 bolts on each side) they are slotted and allow for some adjustment. When I had my bumper off I pulled the bumper towards my self and kept adjusting the bolts ( top and bottom ) while doing so. Pics tomorrow of final product

I was just under my truck today and had the 4 bolts on each side of the bumper loose. There is no adjustments without shims that I saw. I was going to put on my Coachbuilder shim kit but tan out of time. Would like to see those pics tomorrow

    Thanks

There is approximately half an inch difference compared to how my trucks bumper was before. Both picture are how it looks now
