One of the benefits of being at home during the Pandemic....I get to make all the meals for our family, lunch and supper...for now.

I felt like pizza pops today for lunch, even though I'm not really a fan of the frozen ones and the cubed meat freaks me out.

Homemade dough, two meats, three cheeses, pizza sauce and seasoning. Nothing fancy but something we could all agree on. I tried to replicate the filling and cut to stay true to the frozen turd version.

They turned out perfect. Washed them down with a cane sugar Retro Pepsi.

    Ha...that's why we did this.

I don't trust Little Caesars lunch special right now (or the other people picking up lunch) and didn't want to add to the problem of social distancing when I can don't need to.

Looks delicious. We've been doing the same at home too; making stuff left and right. By the time this is done I'll come out weighing 300 lbs and full blown alcoholic.
