I’m going to put a few hundred miles on it and re measure. Right now the front is almost perfectly level In front. but the driver rear is about 5/8 lower. It’s got half tank of fuel and no extra weight. If I get ToyTec shackles has anyone run one side @1.5 and the other @ 1.0 to even it out?

I don’t think you’ll want to run 2 different size shackles. I think the rear axle wouldn’t flex properly.

For the rear driver side to be lower by only repacking the front, it seems like your front passenger side has to be higher. If you didn’t change anything but 6112s that had to do it. Are you sure your front is level? Hub to fender? Level ground? Most sit lower on the front driver side after install.

I measured it a few times in a couple different places. It was 1/4in lower driver rear before the Bilsteins . I have lifted quite a few Toyota’s but haven’t run into this before. I have done the spacers on the driver side strut before but prefer not to use spacers. Are the rear leafs side specific like the older ones?

Give it some time to settle, then fill your tank and re-measure. When I did my 6112s at first it was close, but eventually I measured again and it was more noticeable. I ordered a shim for the driver front with my Toytec shackles.
